We have used Pacifico on several occasions. Last night we returned from vacation and were picked up in our car. Since a blizzard was coming we were anxious to get home. Once I paid and got back to my car, I saw that the "tire pressure" alert was lit on the dash. It took 1/2 hour to find a place and check our tire pressures. One tire was low. One of the main reasons we use Pacifico is to know that our car will be in working condition when we return. I am upset that the driver drove our car to get us and returned to the lot with us with a warning light lit on the dash! A few years ago our son used Pacifico. When he returned he found that Pacifico had locked his keys in the car. He had to pay a AAA fee to open the car!! I do not see a reason to continue to use Pacifico valet in tehe future! I am sorry to hear about your bad experience, being a long time customer, you know that is not the way we do things, and I appreciate you taking the time to vent your frustration.
