I was happy with the service provided, until a few days later... where my card was charged twice for the service. Upon seeing this, I contacted Pacifico, who did not know why this happened, and claimed it was possibly an error on my credit card carrier. I was on the phone with multiple Pacifico employees and transferred several times, to then be told a manager would contact me within 24 hours regarding the issue. I called my credit card company to be safe and they claimed that yes, Pacifico charged my card twice, and there was no pending refund (which would be seen if this was an accident, and they immediately corrected for it). Anyways, 24 hours go by, no call from the manager. I personally called once again, to hear that they will be "cutting me a check. It'll be out first thing Monday. Sorry for the inconvience." So they obviously messed up, and never admitted what they did. Had I not caught it, I would've just paid twice what I was supposed to. Also, I never got to speak to a manager, and I'm curious as to why they have to "cut me a check"... you can't refund the card you doubly charged? It's obviously on file. I wish I would've just parked at the airport as opposed to going through this hassle. I will not be using Pacifico again.
