Service is always great and the new VIP service even better. When I arrived last month there were 6 cars in front of me because of an overturned vehicle at the airport keeping drivers from getting back to Pacifico. We were told we would all go in a van but then a second driver came out from the office to take us in our car. I assumed VIP status had something to do with that. In addition, I have emailed Pacifico on many occasions with questions and have always received a very speedy reply. Great Customer service.
