Pacifico overcharged me and refuses to help!!
Pacifico won't acknowledge my pre-paid deposit!! they made me pay that money again when I picked up my car!!!!!! Christine ("I'm the only Christine here and we don't give our last names Christine) told me there are different sites and if I booked through a third party - whoa is me and they have no responsibility to apply my pre-paid deposit. Long story short, I realized that when I went to pacifico parking I was diverted to another site. I called them and they told me that the manager at Pacifico requested that they handle reservations and deposits -and Pacifico needs to credit my card for the overage paid - stay tuned, I'm not letting this go. hi Beth I am sorry to hear about your bad experience. Based off of your review, it sounds like you went thru a 3rd party to make your reservation, and im not sure how you were diverted to another site.We just have the one facility.
