I Just Wanted to Take a Moment to Let You Know How pleased I am With Your Company

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased I am with your company.  I have been using Pacifico for over a year now and have been very satisfied.

A recent experience made me even happier!  On April 18th I was dropped off and after I got through security I realized that I did not have my Fit Bit band which I had recently purchased.  It was either in my car or I dropped it outside of my car when I got out at the airport.  I called the office and an absolutely wonderful, friendly, and concerned employee (whose name I am ashamed to say I have forgotten – Annie???) said that my car was already parked but she would have one of the drivers check and she would call me back.  She confirmed my flight time and promised a return call before departure.  Within the hour she called me back to let me know that the Fit Bit was found on the floor of my car and they put it into the center console.

So kudos to her for her concern, and kudos to the person who looked in my car, found it, and put it safely in the center console.  It’s a pleasure to work with such pleasant, concerned, and honest people!

I paid for valet service. I waited an hour for my car because they took in too many cars and couldn't handle the volume. That's what greed will do. They suck!!! I will never use them again. If you want valet parking at Phila. Airport, use Winner Airport Parking. I called them three times only to be told all tickets are out for delivery. In other words they couldn't tell me where my car was or when I will get it. I spoke to one of their drivers at the airport while waiting for my car and they told me that things were a mess and many customers were pissed off.

Waited for 40 Minutes for My Car

Sunday, January 24, 2016, called at 6:17 PM and got my car forty minutes later. Pacifico blamed the weather, but the competition beat them by twenty minutes and delivered clean cars. My car was not clean. Do not park here, I have used them for years and they have slipped. Took way too long for my car today and this is not the first time. They get your name, email, flight numbers, airlines and cell phone and should anticipate arrivals. No luck, no courtesy, no plan. The competition is quicker and better. Today they lost a long time customer who will never go back.

    In May of 2013 the City of Philadelphia started charging all off-site Airport Parking Facilities an Airport Access Fee of $1.82 per customer, with yearly increases.

    That contract expired in July of 2019. Moving forward, starting in August of 2019, the agreement is for $2.80 per customer, with an increase every August.

    Unlike our competitors, the Pacifico family has chosen NOT to use this fee to generate revenue and just charge what the City of Philadelphia is charging us.

    I personally apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and my wish is it will not affect you trusting us with your vehicle.
