The drivers and staff are so friendly

I've been using Pacifico for airport parking for the past few years. The drivers and staff are so friendly and the ease and quickness of getting to the airport is great. I always make a reservation although they say you don't need one. Never had any problems. I pay extra to be able to drive my car home from the airport rather than wait for the shuttle so can't speak to that aspect but have never waited more than 25 minutes for them to bring my car around - even during peak holiday travel. Used a groupon for another airport parking company once but they just did not compare and didn't offer the drive away from airport. Waiting for their shuttle and then standing in line to get my car added easily 45 minutes to our departure time. Never again - sticking with Pacifico!

As a 20 year customer of Pacifico I see great value in using this service. Pacifico is the cheapest parking option at PHL. Additionally, the option to leave from the airport for an additional fee is a great option that reduces your travel time home from personal/business trips.

Pacifico is the only place that I park during trips out of town; before I discovered them, I suffered with a few other companies that always let me down one way or another. Pacifico's customer service is top notch, with always-friendly staff available for questions or special requests (like plugging in my electric vehicle) at a moment's notice, and manager Tommy O'Brien is always attentive and customer-focused. The optional drop-off service is great, the service is always super-fast, and their prices meet or beat their competitors. You really couldn't ask for a better company to park with.

Pacifico is convenient and efficient way of making airport travel easier. Office staff and drivers are pleasant and helpful. I particularly value the “leave from curbside” service when traveling with family and lots of luggage. Not only are you dropped off at curb with your bags, but, for a fee, can leave directly from the airport after your trip. Much less stress at the end of a trip.

I have had only good experiences using Pacifico. I own good cars and they are always kept clean, safe and brought directly to baggage claim at PHL airport when we arrive (service worth the upgrade). I am a loyal customer.

  • To Our Valued Customers – A Letter from our GM

    In May of 2013 the City of Philadelphia started charging all off-site Airport Parking Facilities an Airport Access Fee of $1.82 per customer, with yearly increases.

    That contract expired in July of 2019. Moving forward, starting in August of 2019, the agreement is for $2.80 per customer, with an increase every August.

    Unlike our competitors, the Pacifico family has chosen NOT to use this fee to generate revenue and just charge what the City of Philadelphia is charging us.

    I personally apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and my wish is it will not affect you trusting us with your vehicle.
