What time should I get to Pacifico Valet?
 
Twenty minutes before your airline requires your presence (this isn´t to be confused with flight time). For example, if the airline requires you to be at the airport at 10AM, be at Pacifico at 9:40.
 
Do I need to make reservations?
No. We provide our service without the need for reservations.
 
Will my car be insured?
Yes. And it will also be under our 24 hour security.
 
Can I have my car serviced while I´m away?
Yes. From simple maintenance (lube, oil, filter, inspection, tires , etc.) to body/fender and other work for all makes & models (domestic & imports) all done by a Pacifico Authorized Technician.
 
If I desire a van, is it available?
Yes.
 
Is there a wait for the van?
No, it´s available immediately.
 
Do you offer a frequent parking program?
Yes. After five times (on sixth trip), you can receive 2 days FREE parking, or, after 10 times (on the eleventh trip), you  can receive the average number of days from the previous 10 trips - ABSOLUTELY FREE!
 
Is tipping allowed?
Yes. Our safe & courteous drivers will earn your appreciation.
 
What else can I expect?
A free morning newspaper (while supplies last); courteous, friendly drivers, safe, prompt service, secure parking, and our commitment to you and your vehicle´s safety.
 
Do you accept AAA discounts?
Yes. We are a participating "Show Your Card & Save" AAA-Approved facility. This program entitles AAA cardholders to a 10% savings (not to be combined with any other program or discount).
